Yes. Use the Page Numbers tool and choose 'Bates numbering' mode. Set a prefix (e.g., 'SMITH'), starting number, and digit width. The numbers are stamped on every page in your chosen position and the file is flattened so they can't be edited.

We detect tables in the PDF using layout analysis and extract them to .xlsx format. Best results on PDFs with clear table structure (visible borders or consistent column alignment). For scanned PDFs, run OCR first.

Konomic's editor supports adding text fields, checkboxes, and signature placeholders. Save as PDF and recipients can fill them in any PDF reader. For complex forms with calculations or scripting, you'll need Adobe Acrobat or similar.
