Getting Started

Visit konomic.io and pick a tool from the homepage (e.g., Merge PDF). Drop your file into the upload zone, configure any options, and click the action button. Your processed file downloads automatically. No account required for basic tools.

Not for basic operations. The free tier works without signup. You only need an account for: tracking your usage history, accessing the dashboard, using Sign Request, getting an API key, and managing a paid subscription.

Konomic works in any modern browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave (last 2 major versions). It runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android. No installation required — just open a browser tab.

Input: PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLSX, XLS, PPT, PPTX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, HEIC, BMP, TIFF. Output: PDF (default), plus DOCX, XLSX, PNG, JPG depending on the tool. Max file size depends on your tier (Free: 15 MB, Pro: 100 MB, Business: 500 MB).

Click the language switcher in the top-right corner of the header. Konomic is fully localized in English, Russian, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese. Your selection is saved in localStorage.

Most operations complete in under 10 seconds. Large files (50+ MB) or complex tasks (OCR on multi-page scans) can take 30-60 seconds. Pro and Business users get priority queue access.

Files are stored on EU servers, encrypted at rest, and automatically deleted within 1 hour. You can also delete a file manually from your dashboard at any time. We never share, sell, or analyze your files.

Visit konomic.io/pricing and click "Upgrade to Pro". You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout. After payment, your account is upgraded immediately and you get access to all Pro features. Cancel anytime from the dashboard.
