How much does Konomic cost?▼
Free tier — $0 forever, with limits on file size and daily operations. Pro — $4.99/month (or $3.99/month billed yearly). Business — $14.99/month (or $11.99/month billed yearly). All plans cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?▼
Go to your dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund for the unused portion.
Can I get a refund?▼
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. To request, email hello@konomic.io with your account email and reason.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?▼
Visit the dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription. In the Stripe portal, select 'Update Plan'. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank debit (SEPA in EU, ACH in US). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Where can I download invoices?▼
From the Stripe Customer Portal — Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription → Billing History. Each invoice is available as PDF for accounting and tax purposes.
Do you offer team plans?▼
Business tier includes team features — multi-user workspace, shared file library, and consolidated billing. For larger teams (20+), email hello@konomic.io for custom enterprise pricing.
Can I pay yearly to save money?▼
Yes. Yearly plans are 20% cheaper than monthly: Pro is $47.88/year ($3.99/mo equivalent), Business is $143.88/year ($11.99/mo equivalent). Switch from monthly to yearly anytime in the Stripe portal.
How do I change my email address?▼
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account. Update the email field and confirm via the verification email sent to the new address. Your subscription and history are preserved.
How do I delete my account?▼
Dashboard → Settings → Account → "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account, files, and all associated data within 30 days. Active subscriptions are canceled automatically. This cannot be undone.
Why was my card declined?▼
Common reasons: insufficient funds, card expired, bank fraud protection. Try a different card or payment method. If a charge keeps failing, your bank may be blocking international transactions — contact them to allow Konomic.
Do you offer student or non-profit discounts?▼
Yes. Verified students and registered non-profits can email hello@konomic.io with proof for a 50% discount on Pro and Business plans. Apply with .edu email, university ID, or non-profit registration number.
