Yes. Konomic's Redact PDF permanently deletes the underlying text bytes — not just covers them with a black rectangle. After redaction, the file is flattened so redactions can't be reversed. Verify by trying to copy the redacted area: nothing should be selectable.
No. Konomic's Unlock PDF requires you to enter the current password. We don't help bypass password protection on documents you don't own — that would be unethical and in many jurisdictions illegal.
Yes. Under the US ESIGN Act and EU eIDAS regulation, Konomic Sign Request produces legally binding signatures with full audit trails (IP, timestamp, signer identity). Equivalent to DocuSign and similar services for most business documents.
